I used to be on o2 and my bills were massive due to the gprs costs but now I am on tmobile with walknweb and vario2 web surfing is bliss.

Don't waste your money because you can get a much better service for much cheaper.

02's Customers services are ok im not slagging them off,
however I do think when you E-Mail them some of the replys you get back off them are a total waste of time.

When I phone 02 Customer services via my mobile I get thru instantley,
when I phone via a landline it takes a tad longer.

T-Mobile's Web 'n' Walk thingy does look good,
but give 02 abit longer and im sure they will come up with something to beat that as they always do.

infact 02 when they were known as BT Genie offered Unlimited wap and Text Messages I had that deal for £20 per month and at the time knowbody else could compete.

02 will come up with something eventually,
in the meantime try not to even bother using the GPRS even tho it is addictive

Blastes my phonebills coming later

Well the Australian Network Telstra rips you off so bad, i once logged onto esato hompage no pics and was charged $1.34 AUD and for the 6 seconds i was on there that was way to much, i enquired to find out rates a while ago i cant remember but it is over $0.05 AUD so i have to be at home to go on net, THAT SUCKS.

Id like to see ESATO whilst im on the go

Well I just got my Bill £43.78p I know its not alot but im not exactley very smiley with it my line rentals £25 02 add Vat I think thats £6 then the rest is the GPRS or some stupid Premuim text messages which keep invading my phone not happy...

Might phone them up and see if they could do anything about some more free GPRS Mins either that still not even bother with GPRS fullstop

I can tell you that o2 havnt totaly forgot about the GPRS and charges.

They are currently under review at the moment and o2 are waiting for Orange to bring theres out in June.

The web n walk is currenlty brilliant and t-mobile customer care is also very good at present.

Orange on the other hand have lost a fair few customers over the last year and lost touch with customers. (This is all going to change over the next few months with revaming shops, training etc) and they need it quick.

Vodafone again are playing it safe by introducing these new GPRS charges, again testing the market.

O2 are currenlty looking at something like web n walk, but as i said they are waiting to see how orange and vodafone go

O2 currenlty have good customer care, they came 2nd in JD power just 5 points behind Virgin and a good range of services. 2g coverage to me is fine however 3g coverage is poor. Again this is another problem that they are currenlty dealing with and should get better over the next 6 months.

When I find out more i will let you know my self.
