Is his advert for the phone.
You just need to reply to the dispute...
He will be able to read this too I believe...
But if he sells the phone... he has no evidence that the imei numbers differ on the box..?
I have asked him some questions about the phone as an "interested potential buyer'...

How did you get on then? Paypal suck really unless your the buyer. I recently got scammed out off £71.50 for some GHD hair straighteners.
Fortunately i used paypal and made a clain and after waiting ages managed to get back £68.87 as that is all that was in their account lol.
Abit of topic but i was wondering say if you where scammed out off £50 say. If the scammer doesn't have any money in their paypal account want happens?
