no,if you see most of the developers are in forums like my-symbian and have relations with developers in SE so be sure that everything will reach them, just like ajack and others.
so man write in populer forums like esato and my-symbian and they will see your topics..

Just checked for WG1 nothing yet
Update service has changed its look (green map), also p990 version isn't mentionned anymore just a "p990i" (used to mention World Generic or country)

ares, i've followed the link to cda of p990/m600/w950 and the date of firmware release of world generic 2 is 08.02.2007 and world generic 1 is 11.02.2007. so we can try again in a few days.
if i'm correct, masseur has world generic 2

yes, my M600 is WG2 and there is no update (otherwise I would have posted a new thread)
I though this thread was about "observations of the new p990i firmware R5A" but we now seem to have 2 threads looking for the ever elusive "next firmware" (this one and the main firmware thread) and not to mention the one I locked this morning.
Perhaps some deep breaths and relaxation (or a chill pill) is in order. Meanwhile perhaps this thread could be got back on topic and if discussion is needed for the next firmware perhaps that can move to the main firmware thread. But please, no endless posting of "no firmware update available yet"

guys,i don't want my topic to be locked so lets just comment about the subject of the main topic and wait the new firmware to be released so we can open a new thread.

7. When connecting to PC via USB, will be prompted to choose between Phone model and File Transfer mode. Previously, you had to go to Control Panel to do this and was quite annoying.
This feature is already present in R4B and was even there in the previous one, R4A.
In R4A it had a bug, but it has been solved in R4B.
