i plugged the usb...but the white screen appeared and nothing was found

Flashing is re-writing the EPROM(ROM=READ ONLY MEMORY) chips in the phone. The data on them(your 'firmware') has become corrupt in one or more areas(for whatever reason), and the hardware can't act correctly until this data is recorrected - i.e: the EPROM will be flashed with the fresh, accurate firmware(and your phone should work properly again)!

Before you go any further, have you connected the phone to SEUS? It's done by holding C while plugging the USB in.

i dunno the battery state but i know that when the phone hanged, the battery was full but a lil part is gone....is it okaY?
will i loose my phone contents. like my videos, my pics...my songs?

Leave it to charge for 3-4 hrs then try. Don't risk making it any worse.
