Who am I to argue? If you wanna call the panel liars then go ahead.
I haven't got access to the sales and returns figures of the retailers so I won't pretend that I do. I do know that the K800i was No 1 for roughly 13 weeks in the UK as Mobiletoday does a weekly sales update which I keep tabs on here on Esato.
However, if you can provide me with a figure of the percentage of K800's returned then I will believe you but for the time being, mobiletoday seems as good a source as any.
My brother works in CPW and I never heard him mention it. The K800i is STILL in the top ten even after the K810i launch (No4 btw) so obviously they must be doing something right.

As i said i agree the K800 is indeed a great phone and has sold and still sells extremely well i even nearly bought one myself. But at launch both the CPW's i went in to and a T-Mobile shop all confirmed that they were experiencing high returns from people whose phones would not switch on again. It has since been fixed and is no longer a problem with the newer EROM's but it did happen is all that i am saying not detracting from the award as it is well deserved. See i really don't hate SE I just get annoyed at the things they sometimes do.

Sorry to interrupt: has anyone seen this month' uk edition of "computer shopper" magazine? They tested/compared 12 smartphones - sony ericsson scored 5 out of 5... PROBLEM is, those are the combined 5 points between p990i and m600 (it was 2/5 and 3/5 respectively) - e50, e60 and e65 all beat them!!!

couldn't find the proper online page, but it's in the newsagents now! And don't frown - it's not such a bad test... Quite a dampener!

@JuanPablo
K800 may have won something in UK only. But N95 has won for whole of Europe. Go figure.
