Yeah, and also no increase in zoom. Not 4x, not even 3. Sucks!
And, no option to record mp4! Only this 3gp crap!
You don't know what you're talking about...
3gp is a container not a codec...you can record in mpeg4 and get a 3gp file...as with an avi one. That said i don't know which codec is used by the phone to make videos, just check with an appropriate tool.
Yeah dude, that's why nokia has with the N95 the OPTION TO RECORD in either mp4 or 3gp.... just for freaking fun then!

My email no longer automaticaly downloads at pre defined times or intervals I have to do a "get and send" to see it now,
Plus I have just read that this will be the FINAL FW update so it looks like we are stuck with these bugs for good what a total c*ck up
NICE ONE

good to see the testing and version control are as poor as ever

I am annoyed with so many reported bugs in this new firmware. May be I should wait for the next firmware upgrade if available.
By the way, this new firmware is actually a bugware which will buggrade the phone instead of upgrade. Do you agree?

I feel sorry for you guys who've paid a fortune for this so called flagship model.can't believe they're terminating firmware revisions.it's a sorry state of affairs when this phone i'm currently using can multitask with 6 or 7 apps(would run much more as well)and has 2 times more ram.for gods sake the n70 is 2yr old.i'm not flaming se here...but if i'd of bought a p990 that fails to work as it should i'd be sacking any further purchase or support of se and that's a dead cert.

Precisely! If you don't know what you are talking about better shut up. 3gp and mp4 are just a containers that can carry identical data at the same parameters. The only difference that I recall right now is that the 3gp can be used for streaming while mp4 can't. If you still don't believe search the net and you will find that for yourself.
Cheers and sorry for the OT.
