you guys have convinced me lol again
now i dont really have a choice since am giving my n80 to my partner ill jus get the p990i
the bugs mentioned dont really bother me long as i can make n receive calls n sms i can live and for £150ish i think thats worth it

The w950i is a little buggy on mine and applications occasionally close. On mine (Vodafone branded) something that really 'bugs' me is when I receive a text message for example unless I've added it on the phone it takes the sim card name as opposed to the phone name. I.e On the phone it will be displayed 'Creek, Jonathan' but when the message comes it in it will display Jonath;Creek/1 as it truances the name and adds /1 as its the first number for that contact. This probly could be solved with a 3g sim card but I don't have one of them.

I'm considering a P990i but am becoming a little discouraged with the negative atmosphere around all of the SE Symbian forums out there...
As a new user, how are you finding it? Is it as terrible as people say? Or is it greatly exaggerated as koto and mode seem to be hinting at?

to be honest ive not had a single fault! am glad i bought this, i got 4gb mem card and its already 1.5gb full of my crap but its still runing smooth and no freezes or restarts at all
got the latest generic world 1 firmware
