If we could put RAM chip to increase built in ram memory of our phones, then the P990 owners would be the happiest ones in my opinion

There are apps for the motorola A1200 to overclock the processor and use a part of the memory card as a swap file. I think thats as close to a h/w upgrade as you can get these days...
