end of the day you have been scammed, deal with it. Its over a year ago, its only £25. Its not likely that you will get it back. Its pointless getting worked up and bothered by it there are alot of bastards in this world!
Like i said before i have to pay paypal £165 for a bullshit chargeback (ive got debt collectors on me now

) and i lost a £300 shaver. Ive got the address and name of the person but its in london he probably doesn't even live there and i cant prove who he is. I learnt a valuable lesson at a cost of £465 and it wont happen to me again. You have learnt one at £25! Nobody likes been scammed and i was gutted and pissed off for a couple of weeks its been 4 months now ive accepted i have to pay this money back even though i strongly feel i shouldn't but whats the point in holding on to those feelings, shit happens You live and learn, dont send goods to people before you get paid and NEVER send anything on ebay to an unconfirmed address

cut your losses and move on

@ Adz21
It's the principle here, regardless the cost of the item. The simple fact here is i'm not getting scammed.
I lost around £1,200 on a breitling watch I sold internationally on eBay, Paypal don't cover internationally. Here I was not prepared to fly to somewhere in Europe over a watch that cost me £280.
But i'm not going to let this happen on a forum I trade on frequently, where trust is paramount... and it's in the UK so I
can do something about it.
Sure I could cut my losses, after all it is "only £25". If I was a scammer and saw that this was the general attitude on this forum, everyone here would become a victim a lot quicker...

I was also ripped off here on Esato a while ago by ns&i...
I had his bank details...and emails...and reported him to the police over 18 month ago... I have had 3 phone calls from the police during that time... just asking if I have heard anything from him... basically... it is a small amount and the police are overstretched.... However I think as I had all the evidence... and no phone after paying £80 for it... it would a simple case for them... I am STILL waiting...

Well im 100% with KK on this, i would never buy anything without having the money for it (or a credit card) lol.
and to be fair your being too nice about this, i would have added the £25 he owed me, plus the £38 which was his fault that you incurred the charge PLUS i would add 6% of £25 that you could have made if that £25 was sitting in a savings account.
Get his address and pay him a visit, then add the train ticket/petrol price to the amount owed to you.
That's just my 2 pence

@p900lover: no, i think he should go on a world tour, then go to xdavex's house from the other corner of the world, and then charge him the money for the world tour

Right well I have 2 numbers for him which I've tried calling:
0**560793** - This just goes to o2 Voicemail.
0**723817** - This just goes to Orange Voicemail.
I now have another number for him from a member here, about to try that now.
Will keep you posted....
