Because i tried that but the .fbn file doesn't show up to select, it's in the folder because i can see it along with the main .mbn firmware and the .ssw hacked file thingy.

the FS(fbn) is not in the same place as the MAIN(mbn). that's the reason you dont see it there.

Yes, your totally right! Im an idiot lol, last night i was so sleepy and in a bad mood i wasn't thinking straight.
But this afternoon i had another go, found the "correct" folder and flashed the phone, booted up and got a configuration error, i thought thats normal don't panic yet lmao, flashed the phone again with the .ssw file and copied (i worked out how copy in FAR and im dead happy with myself!) the custom files and re-flashed again.
Booted up like a brand new un-branded K510i
