I think the hexdump shown in the first post does not show the complete list.
I suspect most phones with autocompletion/prediction of text has similar lists.
This is the complete list present as far as I'm aware, for whatever reason its grouped like that. The words are neither present in the dictionary, and neither is there anything stopping you add them. I don't see why on any phone with completion they would be grouped together like that! It seems that they have just been tagged on there for someones personal interest, not with any actual intent for them to be utilised by the phone.

Yes, that was the only possibility I was thinking about, but I've tried it and I can spell and add any of these words to 'My words'. Once added they show up and can be used w/o any probs.

I checked the other files in Z:/System/Zi. They contain a mix of good and bad words in different languages. Zi8DatSV.z8d.r06 contains an assortment of Swedish naughty words. (Disappointing that "
this one" wasn't included.)

Sorry, only just noticed your idea. Interesting thought, but I really hope it isn't! If it was, I don't see how that would tie in with it sending out sms's? I don't see how the phone itself would know.

I doubt those few bytes are causing to fill up your memory, but I suppose every little bit does make a difference.
Have not tried calling that number, my phone has since stopped sending those messages (I hope!) Although it may be interesting for someome to sometime for future reference.
