However, i'm still interested in K750 cause its easy moddable and one more, here the price is really cheap... but the pain is that the platform is old, and java multitasking n/a. K550 use M2 which is slightly more expensive. but by now the price should be around the same, unlike when it's first introduced.

Just one thing I would like to mention once more... The Joystick is bound to give problem sometime or the other... So be prepared for it...

yeah. my k800 joystick also give trouble alot.

for the internet. i use k800 which doesnt have edge.
ist so slow, that when i use to dial-up to my laptop when im mobile, (i.e. in car) it only can be used for chatting. otherwise will be superslow...

im proud of my joystick. 1 year 2 months and 11 days with no probs so far.
ps.: i wasnt the first owner of my k750

i know abt the joystick thing and tat was the only reason why i tht abt k550i but since cam quality is not as gud as 750i i decided to take up 750i itself.
i wud use phone only for maybe checking mails tats all . so i guess edge wont make much of difference.. and reg slowness even my internet is pretty slow.. so tat wont be much of issue..
thanks for the replies. i have freezed my phone and i wud be buying K750i very soon..

We've had 3 K750i's in this household, I moved onto the K800i and the photo's are of a lesser quality than the K750i imho. The joystick hasn't beem a problem in 2 out of three phones appart from my 13 yr old step daughters, but that phone has been submerged in water, dropped and had loads of violant CHAV type treatment.
Enjoy your new phone, and don't forget to post ur photo's here for us..

I just bought a SE k750i two weeks ago. And I could say i am very proud of my acquisition .
Even if it's a little old, still has a great camera and still render a great sound through headset
and cheaper too
