this sucks asss! happened to me a little whoile back.... they claimed for all kinds off my insurance and i KNOW for a fact she was fine etc... pikey gits!!!! but the beauty is lamont, once a claim has been made for whiplash you cant do it again... Karma matey one day when they need that claim they'll be in the shit i know it does help but these things happen mate.... just be EXTRA careful... although i believe it doesnt sound like your fault, the law is who ever went into the back - is at fault....

best of luck and you may aswell claim and get your front end sorted out also

@leeboy, not sure about what you saying about only being able to claim once for whiplash is true.
The Mrs has been hit up the arse end twice (hold the laughter), and she claimed twice, but she was a genuine case, and she still suffers to this day from it.

It is the passenger who is claiming she had to cancel her test not the driver.

@ Leeboy - already had my car sorted out, cost me £520 in excess but was better than the £900 the insurance said initially was going to be the excess.
