LOL i can understand the wish for exlusivity, i think the price will keep it relatively exclusive, i hope it beats the iPhone in terms of sales but there are only so many people who will spend so much on a phone. I don't think you will have much to worry about there.
I am looking forward to it coming out in December, my Christmas present to myself

Please... too much thought about the t9!
if u text left handed the scroll wheel is easily accessible and lack of bt stereo someone said(gar1-check your specs & your phone possibly)?????? i've been using it since i bought it so it must have it!!! even thru my car stereo which is amazing, in short i'm pissing my pants in anticipation for the 960 cos i love my 950 extra memory wifi and a camera - holy shit i'm in heaven!

@GUCCI,lol,that's exactly how i feel.i like it when i'm one of the few who own a specific phone.take the w900i for instance,i've only seen one other person once with a w900i.some people still look at me with awe when they see it.it's a great feeling.the w960i is going to be expensive,so maybe not alot of people will afford it while it's fresh in the market...

@ Jemuel

Its called wanting to be unique. . . . hehe
@ Gola
Exactly, i remember when i had my W900 it felt the same, i had only seen 4 other people with it and people always asked me about it, i remember the day i got it i went to a friends party with it and it was quite a hit with the ladies, that SWING sound it made everytime you open it lol!
Im confident that the W960 wil be pretty exclusive here in SA since its going to be so expensive. Even the W950 is STILL quite a rare phone to see here. But the K810, W810, K800,P990, M600,N80, N95, E90,and N73 are EVERYWHERE!

Ok im sorry but i find it hard to believe that the t9 input method is going to keep people from buying the w960i. It offers way to many things for that to become an issue. If the texting input method were such an issue than why has apple managed to sell so many of those horrid iphones.

Probably won't sell well in the North American market. Why does SE insist on releasing high-end phones in only tri-band (no 850 MHz) and without EDGE? It won't ever be supported by a U.S. carrier.

Lol its too bad ive changed my mind AGAIN and dont think il be getting W960, the Nokias N81-8GB and N95-8GB are irresistable lol, plus i now need Wifi g, EDGE, AND applications which are only on S60. I wish W960 was a S60 lol then id REALY WANT IT!
But i can tel you now T9 wont be a prob, that W960 is seriously User Friendly!

Well i do think w960i is Part 2 of "the p990i story",the phone is to slow.
lots of bugs can be expected.
They have made huge hype for this phone at last its going to fail
though

What are you basing this on? Everyone who has tried the pre release model and has been blown away by the speed at which it response, including peter kay. Have you seen the videos on you tube? How fast do you need it to be? Are you going to take it for a spin on the autobahn? I dont mean to be a smartass but what "bugs" do you speak of?
