have you been a customer of 02 for a while then?
I left 02 on the 19th Nov and went on Vodafone,
was a customer of 02 for 8 years to long,
after my £26.56p data charges thats was enuff for me to leave
I prefer Vodafone over 02, 02 are very primative compared to them

In what way is O2 more primitive than Vodafone?
I heard Vodafone seriously mess with the handsets and their online billing hasn't worked in ages.

When you decide you wanna change then word of warning don't let them bully you about, they stressed me out something chronic when I called the Retentions line
I was surprised to find Vodafone have 1471 / *#147#
and you can check your balance by keying in a code,
you can also check it thru Voda live aswell
lots of people moan that there GPRS costs alot but for me it works out better £1 gets you 15MB a day use it whenever
Vodalives homepage is free too and to check your account over GPRS,
Great network im glad ive moved!

I dont use the internet on my phone at all so that wouldnt bother me
I mainly use my phone for listening to music while on the go and txting. I only have a W200i just now which am very happy with so maybe the o2 simplicity would be the better deal for me to move to

Simplicity ain't that bad but before you make up your mind,
Do a shop about cos you might find something pretty good if your just sending text messages

Quite alot of my mates are with orange and they do unlimited txts which is really good but dont really like orange as a network.
I'm sure there will be something out there to keep me sweet
