I have the full body shieldzone shield on my P1i and i love it! Ive had the full body shields on all my phones for the last 2 years. ! It eliminates the need for a bulky case, and makes it easier to clean off the phone. The best part for me is the warranty. If i have to send my phone of for repair or if i buy a new phone , a new skin is sent to me

What, you have a screen protector-type clear film stuck on top of your keypad?

Its not complicated to put on but i will say not to rush. In other words take your time so it can get done right. ANd no its not over my keyboard, its around the rest of the phone and screen and camera lens. Heres a pic of it on my blackberry pearl, ill try to post a pic of it on the p1i but i have to find a camera as the p1i is my camera.

@steve - I always USE original leather cases (ICE-25) mostly . . . and I've just ordered abroad an IEC-20 for my p990 . . . this case FITS all of 's P-series fone models . . . I'm NOT sure though with the P1i . . . but I guess it does.

Good Luck !

IEC-20 :

@defiantbeast I'd be interested to see pics of your protector.

Does it fit around the edges of the phone as well ?

@defiantbeast

Awesome looking!

So on the P1i, does the shield cover the side buttons and the jog dial?

I have a screen protector on my p1i and have the phone in a cloth/synthetic leather type pouch which doesn't offer any impact protection but does protect against scratches. It's also practically weightless and bulk less, especially compared to other types of "cases".

Thanks for all the advice.

I purchased a generic screen protector over the weekend, had to cut it down to size. its not any of the branded one's mentioned here, but its not bad.

When I see a better one for the P1i, I will probably purchase it. I just need something short term.

PS how easy are they to remove?

Ok here are the pics of the shield zone protective skin. I personally love it, it protects the edges and all the other parts of the phone that i felt were prone to scratches and nicks including the screen. Sorry if some are fuzzy i used my friends phone.
