Ive been playing with the phone quite a bit today and I'm starting to think that the top right corner where the back soft-button is, is less responsive to my thumbclick, meaning the screen doesnt register the click as well as the rest. I have to press harder and more accurately on the button in that corner when using a thumb. Ho-hum theres always something faulty with whatever I buy these days.

Same here mate. NOTHING I buy is perfect. Take today for instance, a pair of shoes was delivered, cost me £75. Big scuff on the leather on one shoe and the other has faulty stitching. Nobody in the shop checked them so I have to go to the bother of posting them back and hoping they still have another pair (January sales) by the time they arrive back. My phones ALWAYS need returning at least once until I get one I'm half-happy with and everything causes me grief one way or another. Sign of the times. I'm sure this didn't use to happen 10-15 years ago.

check this out and see the difference
first u take ur current stylus and the new stylus u got from the box
open a text editor draw on ur screen with current stylus at the end of the screen from top to bottom that time u will detect slanding on left side of the screen and now try to change the color of ur drawing from left botom of the screen it wont select
do the same using the new stylus now it will work perfect even chosing the clor for drawing
