i aree this feature would be ahuge help, i have jusr got a w960 as an upgrade from my old m600. because this was an upgrade i only have one sim card. and have no way of transfering my old numbers to my new phone, luckily my g/f is on the same network so i will be able to use her sim to swap them about. i know there is the copy from sim card option but i want to tidy up my contacts they are now a yr old and many have old numbers that are no use anymore

P990 is more than a phone, it is unacceptable that it only works with a SIM card inside. Mixing up personal data security with network service security is no good. It doesn't even protect your data... If someone steals your phone, he can put his SIM inside and (as he knows his PIN...) he will get to your personal data. Want your personal data in your phone to be secure? Maybe with user accounts, passwords, ciphers and so on, just as in any PC - which is what devices like these are, right?
