Mine is present the same problem, but I've found a solution.
Just use it when you're not connected.
It works for me, although I don't know why...

I just ignored that, dragged it away (under the clock), and started encoding the movie. And it worked

next time i will do the same thing again

if that works, just block the internet access for M3 in your firewall and you shouldnt have to disconnect each time you want to use it

i changed my system time back 1 month, m3 worked fine, moved it straight back to the correct date, m3 now works fine
even with internet access

I just blocked "www.vapulus.c*m" in my router and M3 works as good as ever. Thanks!
