Tnx to this forum I have 607Kb FREE MEMORY on my T300 SE!!! This 13 sec tip really works, after 4 times it did... It didn't delete my phonebook and SMS messages. But I think you better make a backup from your phonebook.
Now I can start taking pictures with my CommuniCam!

But all the stuff is still inside the phone, otherwise you would have more free memory... Do another master reset and everything is back as usual, alas
We must bombard SE with complaints about their software for the T300, so that they will bring out an update in which you CAN delete the pre-configured elements.
Good idea?

Very good idea. But for now I am really happy I could free some more memory. Coming from 150Kb to 600Kb is already very nice I think. But ofcourse you are right, they should change the software...

Well, I couldn't believe it, but upon completing the 13 second trick for the 2nd time. There it was: 587k free, as I tried to upload my first file from my PC. Unbelieveable, but true. Kinda scary. A completely blank phone... ... ... ... COOL!!!

Ok, I'm sorry, but after wrestling with this for many hours into the night I've realized that it's all horse s#*t. Sure we can do the 13 second trick 3 or 4 times and free up a supposed 630k (which quickly reduces itself to 600k or lower), but are we forgetting that originally the phone gives us 538k to use, WITHOUT deleting damn near everything the phone originally came with? The point here is: If we really can't free up the memory (which we obviously can't), why have it hidden just so we can one-up the original programing? Maybe it's worth it to some of you, but if you can get over seeing the original distributer's name when you shut the phone down (which is the only thing I can't seem to fix from within the phone) then youll be able to utilize a lot more of your phones resources. The end.
