This is going to be yet another pointless debate. Well SE is not half the great company they used to be but this Eldar guy is quite over the top in bashing them. Are you supposed to be smart if you say he's just pointing out the truth? He has a grudge, that's what I'll say. Probably the cash-stripped SE refused to pay him "smooth-saying fees" or the like. These kinds of things exist in politics so I don't see why they shouldn't happen in the mobile phone business.

I think you'll find it's Stuff that has that money? T3 isn't afraid to state other phones are better then the iPhone, it doesn't have any Mac computer as it's number one either when Stuff does. Stuff praise the iPhone like nothing else, T3 states that the Palm Pre will be THE number one hottest gadget of the year.

I don't know about the credibility of Eldar's recent info but he is bashing SE and it deserves it.
They have squandered such an amazing lead in technology, innovation and quality that every manufacturer, apart from Motorola, is probably not considering them as a serious threat or competition anymore.
I once loved this company and its products but they are now a sad shadow of the former self.
Maybe Dick can bring back the glory days but it is looking bleak by the minute.

No they weren't. siemens(ie the s10) were the first in the GSM market.
