Jan, could be possible. Anyway they said that this would one time only. So the next time you order they will ship it to you right away. Didn't order for the second time yet, so don't know that yet. How about you?

Well, I'm having a bad experice with Expansys too... I ordered from outside UK, sent the fax with credit card and ID, and I haven't receive any answer.
I have send 3 mails in a week asking for my order, but they never answered.
I just can't recommend this place, I don't want to imagine what could happen if I have made a bank transfer and then receive no answer.

This problem is not only limited to expansys. Other companies, likewise reject credit cards upon ordering, like Pilcon. I got tired of receiving dumb, "you need further requirements as proof". So after several attempts and failures, I decided to do a wire transfer. The downside to this is, there is absolutely no way of getting your money back, especially if it is a fraud. And, the tracking system is very lousy in bank transfer because you have to put in the order number (the only way to monitor your order). So if you forgot to do so, then you're out of luck. BEWARE!! you will have to pay additional with money transfer (usually $20 for outgoing from your bank and maybe another $20 for incoming..I had to pay an additional $40 for a complete wire transfer...%@!*#). I ordered with Pilcon and the sales chief nearly forgot my order after several weeks of waiting (for my black panther). But when he admitted his mistake and apoligised through email, he arranged for the DHL, and my ordere arrived! CONCLUSION: If you do transfer through telegraph/wire, make sure the company you're buying from is well established and has a good reputation. And keep a good record of your order and a document of the bank transfer.

Makes no difference if you're in the U.K or not, I'm from London and they asked me for a photocopy of the front side of my credit card and a photocopy of my last credit card statement all this after two declines for some bullshit reason or other !!! I personally won't be giving anymore of my cash to Expansys
once I get my Bluespoon!!!
They can kiss my A**!!!

Expansys rocks.
Sorry everybody who is having problems, but they are the best and the cheapest. Reliable, prompt, efficient - try using the telephone sales staff if necessary to address your concerns.
Alternatively, you could try one of their competitors in the North West of England (Liverpool as opposed to Manchester) -
www.blueunplugged.com
Blueunplugged claims to have every single bluetooth product on the market on their shelves.

email their sales representative the amount you sent, along with your confirmation number. Hopefully, they'll get back to you.
