I have many .avi files from holiday or from downloading. Can I convert those files so I can play them on the P800?

I wouldnt touch one, I did alot of research before I decided on what new phone to get, anything with a M$ based OS in it will be crap - I read many reviews and the P800 won me over everytime - sure its a bit bigger but it runs a proven stable OS - and there are tons and tons and tons of apps and games for it.

the p800 is excellent. i have one and although only 4096 color screen it is much better than some other colour screens and you cant even make out the individual pixels unless you look closely!
the reason why i would choose the p800 is
is the best make for personilisation and design. And you have the whole of esato, mysymbian and new places like my forum which will backup you with problems. apps, games, ringtones, wallpapers all free. the phone is backed up with hundreds of websites and if you ever have a problem then you can guarantee that it will be sorted here or somewhere else. choose the p800. the spv is great but is a weird design, is on orange, and sounds like a huge tank from captain scarlet. bad name. bad make.
