Delete option is greyed out bec of its protected one you can only delete it throug the file accessing tool a2 uploadr Don't you the latest firmware? If not flash the old software and use the correct custom files then try updating through SEUS ok?

I had trouble downloading opera-mini to a 6120c, but the SIM card change worked!
