Actually, I like the camera and media menu only touchscreen function, just like the phones in Japan. I want a high-spec phone with a regular keypad and a big screen whether it is a slider or a flip phone. The current touchscreen phones trend drives me mad

S001 is a slider and has a regular keypad with a 3.3" FWVGA 854×480 AMOLED display and it is not big. I want to see SE phones with those kind of specs globally

The Aino could have been my perfect phone if it had the specifications that I previously mentioned.

There's a reason why you willl never see that outside of Japan. Its cause only the users in Japan are used to them and willing to use em while the western world would be all nasty to the phones.

Does a higher screen resolution use more power because of more pixels

The Aino is already providing the same idea, but its hardware didn't satisfy me. That's why I want to see more. SE should quit being lazy and make more phone in order to differentiate its feature phones. SE is still wasting obvious opportunities.

One flawed phone is just not enough.

Think of it like this. Its a flawed phone but similar to the Japanese phones. If SE sees this lifting off the ground with amazing sales they will launch more like it and eventually get to the Japanese standard with hybrids like this.

Sadly, even the Satio lacks many things in my opinion. I guess I will have to wait until Q2 next year and then I will see what happens. If no thing happens until then, I will have to ignore the mobile phone market for a while although I am not sure that I can.

Why? Come on already, I do need to list the Staio's every single disadvantage because they are well known.

If I am not satisfied, I will just have to wait for a phone that satisfies me whether it is SE, Samsung or anything else. Is there anything wrong with that?

@ Cell-P. I think you should wait indeed, although it will be a couple of years. And when your dream is finaly true. . . You want more. We all want more. Read the Aino thread, read the Satio thread, read any thread. Maybe you are better of with a big bag filled with all sorts of devices. About Aino, I go for the new start, the issues are minor and it's looks are stunning. We all want more but I'm more than happy with Aino. ( If I only had it already )
