@jplacson, @pachy, yes car speakers are placed in the boot but the sound distribution faces out into the car. I personally haven't found the sound quality or volume improved on my P800. To the contrary. The placement makes it hard (for me at least) to conduct a proper conversation unless I pick up the phone in Speaker mode. Just like the Communicator 9210i I think the volume is still too low while in speakerphone mode.
Just a user's opinion anyway, and I still haven't been able to find the lost MP3 in the system!!!

@Omar, have you tried
control panel
storage manager
files
Then tap on location to "internal" & go through the "type options"
then tap on location to "Duo" & go through the "type optrions".

Confirmed....
The P800 plays the ringtones a hell higher when you call the phone...
about 50% more for me...

I have also found a way to "preview" the ringtone in the "right" volume...
Press: phone>>edit>>preferences...
pick sounds and alerts

Then just click on the horn beside the song...in this way it plays as loud as it will be doing when you recieve a call.

I have converted the oridignal "Happy here.mp3"...I took the best part, reduced it to mono, 22000 and 16 bit.
20 sec long takes about 1.5 Mb.
I did edit it in cool edit 2000.

The sound is perfect and VERY loud!
So just get the file and edit it...

or just fallow this link to get my copy of it (perfect). =)

Take care!

Best regards, Patrik
