if you really want it and don't like buying trew internet take a visit to belgium. we will have the P800 released in all stores whit in 3weeks. and the T100 on 15-02

I have a "UK" P800. There is no "UK" specific customization or special software. The only thing is when you select a language for the phone UK English is the only choice available. ope this helps. And, yes, the "import" phone batch I bought was specifically designed for the UK - down to the charger plug!

Thats all very well except without some special software version, it is unlikely to ever get released on Orange, as it doesn't have line 2 support!

He advised SE could not release the unit sim free until a networked had released the phone and that was orange, they took all the free stock for the UK and re badged it. The stock the SE shop are waiting for has some new features !!??, A digital zoom function and improved night picture capability. Once they have delivery details he is going to email me the expected date.

I've just phoned SE UK and they have gone from saying sometime during 17th to 24th. To now saying 'We don't have a confirmed date' and are no longer sure when you will receive it !!
Does anyone know when CPW will receive P800's (unlocked) and have them for sell. As I'm starting to wonder if I should go somewhere else.
This is so frustrating !

I've just phoned the e-shop too. Spoke to Justin. He said they were still expecting the handsets in today. They still dont have a confirmed delivery date, but they should be there today, or sometime this week. He said that someone there had e-mailed SE (in either sweden or denmark - I cant remember which) asking for confirmation of delivery, but they hadn't received it yet.
He did say that anyone that has pre-ordered will have their handsets shipped out with next day delivery, and that if they arrive before 1pm (unlikely if they usually get the delivery at 2pm) they'll be shipped the same day as they get them.
Looks like different stories at the e-shop.
