Everyone is, of course, entitled to their opinion, but is this not a little bit harsh and unfounded?
Yes, I am a CPW employee, and I would by no means wish to insinuate that all my colleagues are experts in their field, but can we be a little more even-handed with the sweeping criticisms of the staff at big corporates.
We're not all 'clueless muppets'!

Dave, I know that. I also admit it was a sweeping generalisation. However in 6 calls to CPW I got 6 different stories. I have got very good service from staff at CPW stores out of London. I have also largely got indifference and uninterest and misinformation from staff in CPW stores in London. This is not a problem directly related to CPW but all the retail outlets. The staff simply don't have the right information available to them, and often don't care either.
But you are right, you are not all Muppet's. Just the good ones get hidden amongst the bad.
