Ooeer, I thought this was a service which gave you an email address and any emails that went there would be sent as an MMS to your phone.
Instead this appears to be some sort of gateway to perform e-mail to MMS translation. They state "a connection to an SMS service provider, or a GSM modem is required to send messages using this software".
So we need to run this tool from the home computer and oh dear unfortunately my GSM modem is built into my P900 which under normal conditions is in my pocket. Not very useful. But perhaps we should encourage our ISP's to get this sort of software.
Orange in France have SMS email notification but it is simply a "you've got mail" notice. Quite frustrating to open the P900 email client, waste valuble GPRS kb's to get spam.
they should implement this nowmms software so we can at least have the header or better the email text as an MMS notification.
(I secretly think they've not done this as it would undermine the market for Blackberry machines)
