Aye, got mine back this morning, 8.30, having sent on thursday. As with you, i've got a replaced sticker, voice is perfect now, and volume is unaffected. Very happy!

Did they replace your phone? Are with Vodafone? Is it Branded?

Nope, they aren't replacing phones but repairing them.

Mine was T-bag, but there's hardly any branding on it - i erased the logo on the bottom of the phone, got it unlocked, changed all themes etc, changed the WAP links to O2 etc etc - only T-bag thing you can see is the WAP icon - but it still goes to O2.

Is there any wa they can reset the software to the original instead of the customised network one? cos mine is on vodaphone and all that vodalive sh*t is really bugging me.

anyway, does anyone know where i can get to unlock my phone? i check with vodashop and they said that they dont have the software, called DVH comm, they said that they never do it.

Got mine back. Really hiss-free now. Really really happy. And it came back with a screen protector. Wonder is it the same as you guys?

i got mine repair at my place here too. took them 2 hrs to do a "audio calibration". i got it back after 2 hours and the hiss is gone. there's no stickers covering the screws, just one on my back casing. the tones seems a little softer but still makes no difference as the tones are pretty soft in the first place.

a weird thing with mine is that on the battery it says W19 but on the back of phone it says W21.... but when i got the phone, i swear that the safety seal has not been broken. does anyone encounter this problem too?

and does anyone know how to open the phone? i tried the 2 screws below but thats that. where are the other screws?
