Oh my god! i do own a t310! with a cst-13 charger
! made by delta, THAILAND! Does this mean i'm gonna face a casualty!!! what should i do should i go to service centre! Neways. since i'm new here i couldn't find the appropriate place to ask somethings abt. my new T310 and my change from nokia 3530! this is the 1st time i hav bin using a SE but i'm thoroughly enjoying the phone in general except for a few glithches which i believe that the (experienced) forum members would be ble to advice me on. here it goes:

1. When i purchased the phone 1st it looked fine 2 me but when i compared it with 2 of my frenz i found out that my display had a bluish tinge and that their display's looked a bit plae much better with much natural clearer colours. I fought with the technician here in calcutta who accepted it after only 1/2 hr of haggling
!! My goodness spometimes i wonder that there level of knowledge is limited or do they pretend to be dumb! bUT NOW my display is fine. I want to know that what u think could have been the cause and that will it affect my phone in any way?

2. I told him also that the battery was not lasting much not more than a day under normal use. But when i enquired it with my frends they claimed that the clocked a time of about 3-4 days also under heavy useage.I beleive that a phone of such hih class should give me that much time. Moreover my N 3530 gave about 3-4 days under hevy use. A nd i think i should get about that much. The man told e that he was going to perform a software update . i Don';t knw how can that improve performance!! But nonetheles he tried, but the batt.s still the same. What do u guys think the prob.s wid the batery is aparent rite?

3. Also what's the latest software. mine is R1G001. aLSO AfTER THE UPDATE I NOTICED SOME CHANGES: Like the calender wwa missing from the organizer and also the scrool bars were movin fast. Sop what does this signify.?

4. I experieenced it twice that my phone switched itself off and then restarted!! Can spome one explain. Can it be a case of virus!

I wish I had a nokia when my T610 went for repair, I got a fooking Trium ButtPlug. Nice vibrate on it though

- The display can be different depending on hardware versions, contrast settings etc

- Latest firmware for T310 is R3B003

- For best batterytimes, make sure you don't have set IR and/or displaylight to "ON"

- There is no viruses for mobile phones. The reboots can be caused by bugs in the firmware, bad contact with the simcard etc

Sony Ericsson are only recalling chargers that are made in thailand by delta with the following id number printed on it BML 1620993/3 R1A you are to call 0800-587-6072 UK freephone number and they will send a replacement charger with a reply paid return enevlope for the faulty charger as simple as that ps dont believe them about sending it out in 24 hours i still waiting for it after a week

Well i don't think i can an that as i am from india! :-) and hey can anyone tell me why in my postings it is not written that message posted from a t310 as i am using one it is just shown from a Wap device! This message was posted from a WAP device
