Crappy quality???what are u talking about???would u rather go with a NoKiA that can exploid???? some people are just...SE is the man, i mean the phone

I have used T39<three>, T68, T300 and 337. All working perfect! Before that Motorola Startac<three>,V3688,5100 and T190. Also 2 Nokias and Siemens M35. Plastic and acoustical problems plenty!

i have 2 T68's in gold and the paint is chiping off the corners slightly, the build quality was more robust pre Sony alliance but i dont know about better, they just didnt make phones that were classy or had evening wear feel to them.
i had a T28 that failed me twice and had to be replaced due to the power fc or whatever its called failing....i was abroad at the time and not impressed one bit, software was slow too, only good thing about the phone was the size and extra long life battery(purchased extra) which seemed to last the whole week when i was abroad.
as for build quality, when Ericsson made the analog EH 237 eons before most of you even had phones it was a milestone phone that was as robust as they get but as soon as they started making gsm handsets the quality went downhill and hasnt reached the level they were once at in years gone by.
as for competing with handsets in the market place i'll always say it would be better to have a removeable cover so when your phone gets tatty you can always make it look as good as new....i hate cases and these Ericsson's do nothing but age even when treated with kid gloves....looking good is one thing but not any use when its not practical....as for the P800, try sticking that in your pocket with keys....and have you seen the cases? it reminds me of getting my first sony walkman.
