Worked on my T68i, worked a few nights ago on my T610 - Here in the States !!! Tried both on Cingular and AT&T.
It is network dependant, some of the french networks I got when I was roaming in france did not work one year, but the 2 main swiss networks have this feature.
However last year in the U.S. (when I had my t68i), Cingular's clock was 10 minutes ahead of AT&T. So everytime it roamed and switched networks it would ask me if I wanted to change the time ! It was so annoying !
