I've got the T610 for more than 3 months (bought it the next day it was out on the stores) and here are my answers to your complainments:
a) If you want to have some good pics, you should stop picturing yourself. Take your g/f's picture; believe me, it will look much better then yours... (PS: I've taken all my holiday picures with my T610 and they are perfect...)
b) Have you tried the Series40 of the Nokia's? You have 5mb totally but you have only 64kb per java application limit and you can't even listen to melodies bigger than 10kb... What the f*** is it useful for if you can't fully use it..
c) You have to look with a right angle (90 degrees) to see the screen brightly (at least I do so and it works...)
d) If you wait for a second, you will be able to hear the melody at FULL BLAST. Just a matter of patience...
e) Pressing the joystick up only enters to the wap homepage on the phone which doesn't need a wap connection... Do you need a wap connection to see your contacts that are on the phone?
f) If you press the "More" button, there is a "Delete All" function in the messages section... I believe that there isn't any "Delete All" button in the pictures section because some idiots can't manage to fully put the key lock on and if they press the button by mistake and then confirm the process (again by mistake) they might swear at
because of that...
(I've had a bad day at school so because of this I went a bit harsh on you cyon, sorry... Also, welcome to esato if you are going to use
phones in the future and continue posting "nice stuff"...)

I did not buy a T610 because it has a shitty screen and small memory amount. That's it. It is a great looking phone but if it can't do a few of the things I need it for then it is a waste of money. And in my case it would be a waste of money.

like?
the screen is one of the biggest screens on phones. so the shitty screen comment is totally untrue, and like i said b4 anyone that owns a t610 will agree that the screen is perfectly viewable in direct sunlight.
with the memory issue... what exactly are you thinking of putting on your phone thats gonna take more than 2mb. personally i find 10 games, 3 ringtones, 2 themes, 50 text messages, a quite a few pictures, and a load of contacts all i need. other themes, games, pictures i keep on the comp just in case i ever want to use/play them.

the reason i love the t610 is becuase it's a great phone. the increasing ringer, i don't mind, it means if you're expecting a call, you don't let everyone around you know, you can answer it before it rings loudly. it only takes 6 seconds to get to max volume!
txting is so quick and easy.
and calls are good. i've never had a problem calling any one unless one of the phones looses signal under a bridge or something.
battery life is good.
can you edit the dictionary in this phone?

.. as a matter of fact .. there a many things on my t610 that realy suxxx ... WAP connections virtually everywhere ... hundreds of sub-sub-sub-menus ... "beep-and-fadein" ringtunes ... HUGE (refering to the memory consumption) images with the poorest quality ive ever seen ... (why do they claim to do 3**x200 whatsoever images when they are just interpolatet in fact???) ... any most annoying ... my phone crashes almost once a day ...

No problems with my t610...only that joystick really sucks!!it gets stuck when pressed to the left or right...need both hands to navigate correct....
