Great pic sourcing, Goldenface!!! Just try finding an MZ5...
Been using my Z5 oo, only half a decade now, only thing thats ever a problem is the battery fastening clip(been thru two)......still, can get over that with some electrical tape....
......I've argued with about an answerphone, challenging them to build a phone that actually CAN replace my precious(! I mean Z5), yet to no avail...
....massuer is also right, they should have built the Z700, would of hammered T68, nevermind.......
.....some nostalgia for you, circa. just now:

One day, someone will build a worthy replacement!!! Just hope it's

I've still got a Z5m somewhere around though I think its in our shipment of household goods currently on its way back to Australia at this time

now that was definitly ahead of its time when it came out, though it was the Z5 that first got me interested and much like current devices, I had to search high and low at initial release to get one

Never had one of those, I might have to have a look on Ebay and see if I can get myself a cheapie, sound like good phones!

you can probably get a cheapie on ebay but like most things, you'll not appreciate it anything like you would if you had one its day.

like most retro things, its all about nostaligia

Good point Mass, I'm currently having a bit of a retro period, using an 8310 for the moment, might even go and use a 3310 for a day or two as well!

I know they're Nokias (and I'm kinda threadjacking I guess) but had both in the past, it's the nostalgia factor as you say!

There doesn't even seem to be a hint of a MZ5 on eBay at the moment.

I think I seen them on some American Classifieds for upwards of £120, which is load of dosh for a 5 year old phone!

Even a 'plain ol' Z5 like mine will easily get £30-40 on the 'bay, actually worth more than the later Z7(I only got £20 for my '7, sob)!
And in 18 odd months of searching................no MZ5 yet...........I will get one(is only there was a Sony smilie)!

Is it only on ebay that we can find these to buy now?
