I once wore women's shoes and a bra! We were in Cyprus for a few days before we caught our ship to Port Said. We all got merrily inebriated and did silly things. I seem to recall dancing along the street stripping with some chums, then of course one of the chaps I was with got arrested by the MP, well not arrested as such, he was just given a damned good ticking off.
Of course it all ended when the ship arrived, though we did have some jolly good highjinks on board here too, but that can wait for another day ...

Why oh why am I telling you people these things?

@Lishariou (hilarious?)
Don't know exactly what the problem is but this guy looks at both (ie. the master reset from the control panel and the format option from the service menu) for the p800. http://www.andrewkendall.com/pages/misc/cleaningp800.php

Its a lot more words but boils down to the answer you got here first - "you lose everything".
What else do you still need to know?

Lishariou

did you know the answer? How else would you know you had the right answer? The other alternative is that you did not ask a precise enough question.

You did not mention P900 or P800. The customisations set-up on these two phone are different.
