Nope Dr.P900, abstracts are the same because the same pubmed server is searched (NCBI allows external queries via a set of programs running on their servers). Some search features are not found in plain vanilla pubmed.
Of course query form *is* different, but if needed can be tuned according to the users' needs.
Anybody interested can email me to suggest changes. For me medline is kind of a hobby... ;^)
