Sorry.
I'd love to but I plan on downgrading after 3 months anyway. Thats what time frame I was told when I bought it and thats when the free texts bundle that came with it as a special offer runs out. It's gonna save me money in the long run (my girlfriend is on O2 and ringing from Vodafone can be expensive) so I'm happy down grading after the 3 months. Maybe I'll even keep it and get rid of my Vodafone
I'm fine with three months as well, it's a good tariff so I may also dump my voda contracts depending the reception I get, although I don't want to be stuck on this tariff for the whole year...

Don't think o2 can make you stay on the 45 tarrif for a year people , just the 3 months like you've all been told in the first place.
3 months @45 isn't bad for the xnet mins and extra sms your getting per month and a very cool phone for free.
You could make things worse for yourselve's if you give o2 grief

and others

I have been successful !!!!
I have to stay on the £45 plan for the first month then after that down to the £15 a month.
As the billing date had to start the same day i purchased the phone.
So the phone will cost me £210 in total which i think is a great price.

All I have to say is HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA.
Myself and a few others told you a FOOLPROOF way of getting it from CPW for £130-£200 without any risk of any nasty surprises GURANTEED!
HEH, just because CPW dont charge clawback (which I had found out was a FACT before getting mines) doesnt mean its the same with 02. Who says they wont charge you clawback??? even if you do change after three months??? I think some people got a bit too exited
If you manage to get away with it and are able to change and not get charged clawback then good luck to you.
If you do get screwed in the end (just for not wanting an Orange logo and start up:lol:) then I wont have any sympathy for you!
