Let's think about this logically,

SE knew there was a problem on the P800 with people needing reports, so they put in that "half" fix.

They had the perfect opportunity to sort it with the P900 and UIQ2.1

They didn't.

I can't understand why they can't put in an option for "always on". It just backs up my statement in other threads:

@switchbitch o2 dont have the facility to turn delivery reports on, on their network. don't know if you know, but you can put *0# before your text to get a report back... also, it does seem that all delivery reports are free

You guys are lucky to have delivery reports, Im in Australia, and the network im on, Optus, dont have it available.

I asked the tech's about it, they reckon it'll confuse the customers, as why the inbox is getting full of sms's.

Like ffs.
