Well I handed it in to get sent away, which I had to. They said if it had not work while being in the shop then yes I could get a brand new one, but because I left the shop it must get sent away, I could have spilt water on it or modified it, they dont know and because of that it must get sent away!
Thanks for you help!

Maybe this can be of some help:
A friend of mine's P800 died today, after we downloaded to much software onto the C-drive. We tried different ways of waking it up, but nothing worked. Symptoms: Short vibrate when turning on, then nothing. Eventually it lightened up and displayed an error message (file corrupt), and died again. I tried to boot it with and without SIM-card, took the battery out, left it for a while, battery in again, still nothing.
But here is one approach that worked: Immideately after turning the phone on (phone giving a short vibration) I took the battery out. Then I turned phone on again, phone vibrated, and I removed battery once again. Battery in, and when turning the phone on the third time it started normally, well, it lightened up and told me that the file system was corrupt and needed reformatting. So I reformatted the system and soon our beloved P800 was back in business, good as new. All data lost of course, but that is a minor problem - we do take backups, don't we...
We really should try this method once more to be sure that it can be used as a general fix for such hang situations, please try and let us know!

Yeah thats sounds good, Ill try it when I get mine back, cause it will have not data on it so it doesnt matter if I loss anything!
I think it would be easy not to have the battery in and just pull the cord out(power code).
cant try for a few days! just found out that the service point for the new broken phones departent is close untill the 1st of Jan. I think its called SEL or SLE, forgot!
