Yeah, I was pretty proud of myself

To answer your question above, my T-Mobile phone number is a transfer from Sprint. So maybe there's something to your theory that the SE site is having trouble sending SMS to these transferred #s.

OK. I put in another SIM card (also a T-Mobile number) and I got the MMS & WAP configurators within 20 seconds.

I can not believe it works for certain numbers and not the others especially we are talking with the same carrier (T-Mobile). This had been nothing but a pain so far.

OK guys - two more questions..

question 1

Is everyone paying for the $4.99/month for MMS with T-Mobile in the US? It comes with unlimited MMS, correct?

I think it's quiet expensive to have $2.99 for SMS, $4.99 for T-zone and $4.99 for MMS. You would think T-Mobile should just bundle both T-zone and MMS for $4.99/month. What a rip-off.

question 2...

I did the auto install after i received the configurator from SE. I can successfully send MMS to my yahoo email account, but when I sent from my yahoo account to my phone, it gave me the following error..

******************************************************
Message from yahoo.com.
Unable to deliver message to the following address(es).

:
63.122.5.249 failed after I sent the message.
Remote host said: 550 Message refused

--- Original message follows.

Return-Path:

The original message is over 5k. Message truncated to 1K.

*****************************************************
Does any with T-Mobile have the same problem receiving MMS on your phone?
Someone mentioned before you have to receive a MMS from another phone before you can receive any from anyone, is this true?

what is the problem with the size issue here?

Would someone send me a PM and I will give you my phone number so you can send me a MMS.

Thanks...I am almost there.

Hi Guys,

I am a Tmobile user from USA. I have been trying to send MMS from my P900 eversince I got hold of it but with no success. I've already configured it using the auto setup from SE but I get this message everytime I try to send an MMS: This message could not be delivered as there is no access to this service. Please contact your provider. I've contacted Tmobile about this and there was not much help I got from them.

Is there anyone out there who has actually successfully sent an MMS from this P900 while subscribed to Tmobile?

Hoon,

Can you post your MMS configuration in this forum?

Thanks.

sfaguy,

I've checked the configuration in my P900 and they are exactly the same as yours. You said you can send MMS but can't receive?

Thanks.

kingkean,

a member here sent me a MMS today and i got it. apparently he said when i tried sending it to myself, i attached the picture instead of inserting it in the body of the message.

my mail client does not have the insert option, so i was not able to test out his theory. nevertheless, i got a MMS from him.

does anyone know why attaching an image could cause the MMS to fail as opposed to inserting the image?

i hope you get yours to work soon.
