I have contacted Vodafone GR and they inform me that in case there is a problem with your sim card they will change the sim card without changing your mobile number. Hope this one solves something in case you have trouble with your sim card.

First of all, tnx for the effort!
I already contacted T-Mobile Netherlands. For 15 euro's they will replace my Sim-Card without losing my number. The Technical Service sais they don't know anything about the P800/900 having trouble with any of their simcards.

My P900 now holds an Orange simcard from a friend of mine, no errors since I put that one in. (about 6 hours ago)
My old S35 now has my own T-Mobile sim and it crashed (switched off all by itself) once now, but that phone wasn't entirely stable before it got replaced by my P900, so no final conclusion there.
It makes me wonder now, maybe my S35 was crashing so often before I replaced it by my P900 because of that sim... only why did it take 4 or more months for my P900 to start crashing then?

To the people having the No Sim Card error, does this more often occur when the battery is empty? With my P900 this seems the case. Since I recharged my battery I've had no problems with the error.

If i'm reading this correctly u have a nokia and have the same problem?
Is this a symbian-based nokia? If so, maybe its a symbian-related problem, which might explain why we also had some P800 owners with this problem...
