I have to agree with mwright

If CPW took the phone off you and gave you a receipt then surely as soon as you hand them the phone it should be covered on their insurance

I would say that CPW are to blame for your missing phone whatever company they used to send your phone to SE is of no significance to you that is upto CPW and the company they used

I would go personally into the CPW you gave the phone to along with the receipt that they gave you and tell them you want confirmation that your phone has reached SE or a replacement phone as they are liable for the loss of your phone

Hello stan sorry to hear your problem i have had a similar problems with cpw. if your problem goes the way mine did you will be needing the ombudsman which is
Otelo
PO box 730,
Warrington
WA46WU

tel: 0845 050 1614
email : enquires@otelo.org.uk

my only other recommendation is never use cpw again! i hope you get your phone back and watch out its not a reconditioned one they offer you if they have lost it!
Good Luck!

Ok here is the latest, the CPW seem to have finally admitted that they have `misplaced` my phone (more like someone has pinched it) and I will have a brand new phone delivered to me early next week so its only taken a month

BTW a nasty little suprise I had when I phone celestica up enquire about the status of my phone. They NO longer repair Sony Ericsson phones! When I told the CPW about this they did not belive me, christ I thought they would know.

Oh well HOPEFULLY this is the end of my sad little tail. Will drop a post when I get my new phone.

if thats true about Celestica not repeairing phones any more then perhaps that makes some sense of what bahbahsupercar was saying in this thread the other day. Perhaps this Consergent Telecom is the new repair centre

anyway, I expect you will be quite happy to get a brand new unit rather than a repaired one

Is that an illegal number plate?

Can you get the "SASSER" virus on the P900?

Does the Pope live in the Vatican?

Well I'm glad for you Stan.

Have they stolen your Sim card as well?

the number plate is more legal than the one before it

I took my sim out (luckly) but my 128mb memory stick was still in it ;)
