I'm sorry, but to be fair the Xbox is more powerul than the PS2, and it's not just licensing. Both the original HL, Deus Ex and Doom were released for the PS2 (or ps1), and both recieved respectable sales and reviews. Yes, licensing does come into it for some things, like VC, but it's not the reason behind it. For an example, take a gander at Max Payne 2. On PC, this is a sweet game. After being ported to the Xbox, it was also pretty impressive but on ps2, the frame rate was utter shite! And if you can name any other Xbox games that were ported to the ps2, we'll ill be suprised. Most games on both the systems were dual developed, lik THPS and Timesplitters.
