Im dubious, if a car has six wheels then the extra two should be at the BACK, for getting the power down? 4 wheels at the front wouldnt aid steering, it would make steering a lot more cumbersome, and would offer no great advantage in traction, turning circle etc

if you view there site, it looks like to much effort has gone into it for it to be a joke.
@DJP, yellow centre caps on a red car with red calipers, could it be a ferrari? Though the disks look a bit small to be on a ferrari?

The Panther 6 is not photoshopped, it's a real car albeit quite old...
I dont think Formula 1 banned the Tyrrell P34 six wheeler. I understand it died of natural causes.
The front wheels were 10 inch diameter meaning that Tyrrell's tyre supplier had to custom make one off tyres for only this car. Not popular.
The idea was to decrease understeer. More efficient wings and better quality tyres among the opposition made this car obselete.
The increase in front end grip was never able to compensate for the excessive weight of the car (a problem the Panther had too).
The P34 worked well in the wet but never won a race. It's best result I think was a second place (in the wet).
Double front axle is odd. I agree with earlier post: double rear axle for traction makes more sense!
