K700 if u want a small and relatively cheap Mobile phone with the ability to capture a few nice moments with the camera!!!
S700 if u dont care about the size, want a more advanced feature phone, and a cheap built in digital cam
theyre all worth the value. Sony ericsson has good quality and cheap phones at the same time... the opposite to Nokia
. you just gotta decide what u want in a phone!

Id say forget the z1010 unless you really want a 3G phone. Its far too huge and old now for it to be worthwhile.
Id say go for the K700, but DO get the S700 when it comes out. Currently im in the situation that my T610 has taken one too many falls down the stairs ( and so isnt 100% reliable anymore ), and undecided whether to get a K700 or a Nokia 6600 until the S700 becomes available..
In some places its possible to get a 6600 for about £200 (UK) on PAYG, so its quite cheap now as a 'in the mean time' phone to last you until the S700 is available !

From the statements ive read from SE in the past they always said it would be priced around the same as the P900..
It'll probably be really expensive at first, then after a couple of months should drop rapidly especially if people opt for the K700.
