Well... I am a very intellectual person. Anyway, it can happen to anybody. I called by mistake. Local code was 164 but instead of pressing 4 after 6 the button did not make good contact and pressed 6 twice. And after we spoke for a couple of minutes we exchanged mobile numbers. And the rest is history.
