And yeah the red brick would be cheaper and surely be of
HIGHER QUALITY too !! At least the real brick wont explode unlike a NOkia would ...

Thanks Guys. I tried sitting on it and that did not help....
Just joking....
I do have a data cable and will try and see if I could retrieve the data from the phone.
I will try and see if I can switch the battery to see if that cures the problem. If not, there is a SE service center in Slough that I may take the phone to and see it they can fix it.

ok. Dumb question.. But what software can I use to access the phone if it is switching on and off. The one I have is called Handset Manager from MobileAction. This may be totally useless for this purpose. Any recommendations???
