I also have an unbranded SIM-free K700. I haven't had any problems with it. The battery indicator is a little strange at times, but I'm only on the 3rd or 4th charge. And so far the battery life isn't bad, though evidently less than the T610, and T630. I don't consider it as a 'problem.'

The number 2 key is a given design flaw, you just have to press it the right way.

My number 1 key stuck once for about half a second then popped itself back out again, but thats about it, the number 2 key seems fine. I wouldnt consider this a problem.

The battery life isnt as good as id have hoped, and the battery meter is a little odd. Again, i wouldnt consider this a problem, as there are other phones with much worse battery life than the K700, and the battery meter will probably be fixed by a firmware update soon.

Finally, the Bluetooth sometimes seems to not want to connect when there is another device nearby. I think this is because the Bluetooth in the K700 is busy, as the Bluetooth icon flashes on and off at times. On the T610 it was on all the time. This only happens rarely though, and im sure SE would fix any BT issue in a firmware update.

So really, i have no major problems with the phone (unlike Vodaphone customers), i only have a new niggling bugs that need to be fixed in an update. They certainly wouldnt put me off buying the phone.

Pretty sure mine is problem free?

I got it on sunday and when i first started playing with it the video player it made the phone reboot when playing that kite video.
But after it turned back on all works fine (even got a chapter of 2fast 2furious on it which works great!)

I have been reading your responses. Is it safe to say that only the contract phones from providers are buggy? And the SIM-FREE ones are OK? Everyone so far without problems seem to have bought it SIM-FREE. Hmmm...

Sorry to spoil the theory, but mine's SIM free and Bluetooth is a major headache. As is the voicemail shortcut.

I am glad that there problems are not all consistent. But I wonder what makes some people experience certain problems and some don't. Or is it because some have not spotted them yet. Boy, I hope after all my wait that mine WILL be PERFECT. Wit updates and all that! This message was posted from a T310

Did you encounter any of the many problems others have reported yet? Or is it problem free so far?

mine seems ok apart from the battery life, damn lasted merely 12-18hours of 1st and 2nd cycle with extensive use though, e.g bluetooth on all the times, and a short movie and ringtones plus some SMS

bluetooth makes my phone bit weird, when paired to a handheld, after using it, it seems to be confused when trying to disconnecting it like blank screen etc, before restarting automatically

mine is unbranded
