It's easy. Walk to the store and ask the questions and they will probably answer worst than before, before they do this, activate the vocie recorder in a cell phone and carry it in your hand (obvious before you step in the store so they can't know) and do the first, then send it to your computer and transform it as an mp3 or wav and send it to CPW. Or if you want you can call them and reproduce the sound. Good Luck. And think before doing it, don't mess up (don't let them see you with the voice recorder on).
